If you are looking for your perfect summery Holiday in this beautiful european country Croatia then join us in exploring One Week In Croatia.
Now this Itinerary is not that packed and you will get time to relax and enjoy the places in the best possible way. Also since I am planning my visit from Germany and I have this thing in mind that I will be visiting Croatia again in future I have saved Dubrovnik for later just to travel again and explore all the stunning locations of Game of Thrones in Dubrovnik so this itinerary doesn't have that included.
Croatia is a European country that is quite popular among tourists. In the winter, it's because it has one of Europe's top Christmas markets (in Zagreb), and in the summer, it's the ideal vacation spot.
It's one of the most popular Adriatic Sea resorts, with almost 2000 kilometers of coastline (not including the islands). And, since it's June and summer is rapidly approaching, I felt compelled to create the ideal summer itinerary!

It won't simply be beaches and swimming, either. I've also included other larger cities in this itinerary so you can get a taste of Croatian culture, cuisine, and history.

If you are travelling from Germany to Croatia then eventually you will end up following this itinerary because the flights cost of reaching to Zadar is the cheapest from Frankfurt.
The Zadar airport is only 13 KM away from the city center and can be reached by public transport.
Bus to Zadar City Center
When you leave the Arrivals hall of the terminal you will see a bus station on your right. Several times a day you can take the bus of Liburnija Zadar from the airport to the Old Town and vice versa. The shuttle buses run from Zadar Airport via the main bus station (Autobusni kolodvor Zadar) to the bus station in the Old Town of Zadar. This bus stop is at the street โLiburnska obalaโ (Data=!4m19!1m13!4m12!1m3!2m2!1d15.2245064!2d44.1179697!1m6!1m2!1s0x4761fa726ab63001:0xb297ebe21abeb3d1!2sliburnska+obala+4+parking,+liburnska+obala+4,+23000,+zadar,+kroati%c3%ab!2m2!1d15.2250455!2d44.1177751!3e2!3m4!1s0x4761fa71e51da74b:0x9a4c4ff0116b945!8m2!3d44.1171447!4d15.2262548) within walking distance of hotels and the port of Zadar, known as City Port.

The bus takes about 30 minutes to reach the city centre. The price of a bus ticket is 25 HRK (โฌ 3.35) per journey, luggage is included. The bus timetable changes several times a year, so it is advisable to consult the schedule shortly before departure through theย Public Transport. You can also find a seasonal timetable in the Arrivals hall and Departures hall. The new cruise terminal Gaลพenica Port is located 3 kilometres south-east of the centre of Zadar. Please consultย Index.phpย for more information.

Day 1
Flights to Croatia and Accomodation in Zadar
- Roung trip Flights
- Accomodation
I booked The Hostels from Yj8wru77 which can be found on the above link and used Yzx4axmc which was booked from Yzx4axmc which can be found on the first link.

Day 1

Day 2
Travelling to Split and Accomodation in Split
- Bus Ticket to Split

I booked the Yhrq3hk4 in Split by Booking.com and booked my budget ticket for bus from Zadar to Split visa Omio mentioned above.

You can either relax for a day or travel to the amazing Plitvice National Park
Day 3
Day 4
Day Trips from Split
- From Split And Trogir 5 Islands And Blue Cave Day Trip T390071
- From Split Krka National Park Tour T391841
- From Trogir Split Full Day Blue Cave 5 Islands Tour T119347

Day 4

Day 5
Travelling to Sibenik and Accomodation in Sibenik
- Bus Ticket to Split
- Accomodation
I booked private room in Hostel Globus in Sibenik and planned to travel to Primosten and come back to Sibenik only.

Day 6
Exploring Sibenik and Sightseeing tickets
If you are thinking about how to spend your day in Sibenik then exploring the Kornati National Park should be there in your itinerary for One Week in Croatia.
Day 6

Day 7
Round Trip from Sibenik to Primosten
- Bus Ticket to Split
Now it didn't make sense to do a hotel booking in Primosten because it was costly compare to Sibenik and travelling to Primosten only takes 30 minutes from Sibenik so booking an early morning bus and late evening bus back to Sibenik will give you enough time to explore Primosten
Day 7

Day 8
Travelling to Zadar from Sibenik
- Bus Ticket to Split
Last day travel back to Zadar during the time of your flight, it take around 1.5 hours of bus journey to reach Zadar Central station and almost 1 hour from central station to airport because airport is 13km on the outskirts.
Day 8
This was all the details about the planning your one week trip to Croatia, We have explored Zadar, Split, Sibenik and Primosten and if you have taken the day trip then you would have covered 5 islands from Split. In case you plan to go to Dubrovnik you can skip going to Sibenik and Primosten and move forward to Dubrovnik and spend your time there and come back from Dubrovnik to Zadar then bus ride take around 05 hours 30 minutes and it can be easily found on Omio or Getbybus.com
