Top 15 Things to do in Gridelwald

Grindelwald is a small village which is connected to Interlaken by the Bernese Oberland Railway and is close to the Jungfrau Mountain range which is listed as the Swiss Heritage site of national significance.

Eiger Trail

This trail is a seasonal trail and hike. The Eiger Trail is six kilometres. The route was discovered in the year the 1930s and is located at a height of 1,600 metres. It takes almost 2 hours to complete the trail. The trail is fairly moderate and the best time to go is between June to October.

To witness the marvellous views of the village it is best to carry binoculars. If the trek gets tricky, the rope can be tied to a rock beside the path.
