For traveling around Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen I would suggest you take the combined ticket for both places from the Interlaken Bahnhof and you can enjoy visiting both while saving the bucks on your trip.

You can also visit Jungfrau from Lauterbrunnen if you wish to combine by taking the round-trip train ticket from Lauterbrunnen to Jungfrau but I would still suggest you keep it with Interlaken only.

Because you can start early from your stay in Interlaken and then visit Jungfrau.
