The first step is to take a bus from Dubrovnik to the town of Herceg Novi in Montenegro. You can catch a bus from either the Dubrovnik Airport or the main bus station in Dubrovnik. The journey takes around 4 hours and there are several buses per day, so you can easily find a time that works for you. 

Once you arrive in Herceg Novi, you’ll be able to start exploring all that Montenegro has to offer. If you’re looking for a beach day, head to the nearby town of Kotor where you can relax on the shores of the Adriatic Sea. Or, if you’re feeling adventurous, take a hike up Mount Lovcen for amazing views of the surrounding countryside. No matter what you decide to do, you’re sure to have a great time.
